Products and subscriptions
Blind Shot, Lightning Siren and course monitoring systems are supplied under the quote, order or subscription agreement you accept with us. Those documents, not this website, govern your purchase, installation and ongoing service.
Our systems help clubs manage on-course risks. They support, but do not replace, your club's own safety procedures, local rules and staff judgement, including when to suspend play for lightning.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Using the website
Please do not misuse the website. That includes trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its security or operation, introducing malicious code, or submitting false, misleading or automated enquiries.

The content on this website, including text, images, video, logos and the Forewarned name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
